Rutherford and Meyer reveals sustainable products!
Established in 2019 as an idea and coming to life in 2020. We were searching for a sustainable ingredient for a range of crackers and discovered Spent Brewers Grain.
This grain is naturally full of pre-biotic fiber, protein and sugar-free making it the perfect addition to our 100% natural ethos. Once rescued from a local New Zealand brewery, this grain is dried and milled into flour and utilized in our range of sustainably delicious products.
Our CEO, Jan Meyer explains, “These grains are everything for us! We want to celebrate not only their positive environmental impact but also their inherent goodness. Our aim is to make delicious snacks that sustain us through our busy lives.”
